Portal Vista DG. This is a scene that I had wanted to catch but Debbee beat me to the punch. It was early morning and the mosquitoes were in full force which made it hard for me to concentrate but Debbee was able to pull it off. Wonderful capture. This spot is where the Native Americans in the area come to celebrate the lives of their departed tribe members, sending their spirits off through what they call “The Portal”. The orange globe is a light reflection on the lens that we think represents the essence of the meaning behind this wonderful spot.
